I understand that it gets a good 20 degrees hotter in Texas than it does here, but that doesn't mean that it isn't hot enough in Chicago to enjoy a frosty snow cone. Snow cone trucks run rampant in Texas in the summer (and spring... and fall... and, ok, sometimes winter) so why haven't they made the move here? It seems as if on every corner here there is an ice cream/ gelato/ frozen custard joint so where are all the damn snow cone trucks? Am I not looking in the right place?
I really don't want to have to buy this off ebay but I think my hand is being forced.
