We had our four month checkup and thankfully he is doing great and we will be allowed to continue being his parents. He's 15 lbs, 3 ounces (50th percentile) and is 26 inches (75th percentile). We're waiting for the hubs' height to kick in. A few weeks ago I mentioned that we decided to do the whole "cry it out" thing and so far, so good. Most nights he sleeps from 7:30pm-7:30am with only a brief wake-up (he'll cry for a few minutes then fall back asleep). It has made all of the difference in the world. He's so much happier during the day and way more active. Best of all, when we go get him in the morning, he's just in there smiling and talking to himself instead of screaming his head off for us to come get him.
Anyway, here are some random photos from the past month that didn't make the blog:
Future besties (at S & E's bbq)
He finally figured out how to hang out and play in the Jumparoo and loves it.
Yes, I am a creepster who takes pictures of my child sleeping.
We had to move his whale tub from the counter to the bathtub since he finally figured out how fun it is to splash and cover everything in water.
This coming month we will be working on long division, understanding the infield fly rule, and rolling over.
